HELPS PV REBATE PROGRAM CHANGE
The South Hadley Electric Light Department has decided to end the HELPS PV
rebate program as of:
December 14, 2012No new applications will be accepted after that date. Any applications
received prior to that date are still eligible to receive a rebate.
